Marine organic geochemistry
Recent research topics include (1) marginal sea organic carbon cycles using molecular proxies and compound-specific 
13C and 14C,  (2) climate change and anthropogenic activity influence on late  Holocene environmental and ecological changes of marginal seas, (3)  application of molecular stratigraphy in paleoceanography and  paleoclimatology reconstruction.
